Welcome to the Repair, Routine Servicing and Maintenance module of this program. This module is designed to develop system wise competence so faults are diagnosed accurately, tasks are executed safely and documentation is completed to OEM standards.
This is a learning and practising module with tool handling drills, fault symptom matchers, checklist runs and job card simulations.
In This Module, You Will Learn 
- Operating principles and routine service tasks across engine, fuel and exhaust, transmission, brakes, steering, suspension, electrical and ignition systems.
- How to interpret OEM specifications, choose correct grades of lubricants, coolants and grease, and handle consumables responsibly.
- Correct use of common workshop tools and measuring instruments including torque wrenches, multimeters, compression gauges and basic scan tools.
- Steps to analyse customer complaints, confirm faults, replace worn parts and verify performance after service.
- How to prepare, update and close job cards with the right codes, parts and labour entries.
Objective of This Module 
By the end of this module, you will:
- Perform routine servicing and minor repairs independently using OEM checklists.
- Demonstrate safe tool usage, clean disassembly and reassembly and correct part replacement.
- Complete accurate documentation that supports quality, traceability and clear customer communication.
