Welcome to POSH 101. This module builds your foundation: what the POSH Act, 2013 covers, who is protected, and where the law applies office, WFH, offsites, client/vendor sites, and employer-provided transport.

In this module, you will learn
1. The POSH Act plain English overview
Key definitions (what counts as sexual harassment; who is an aggrieved woman), and why the law exists.
2. Workplace scope (onsite + digital + travel)
Office, remote/home, client/vendor premises, offsites/events, and work chats/tools.
3. What is and isn’t sexual harassment
Clear contrasts with everyday work behaviours and microaggressions.
4. Employer duties (Sec 19) & visibility
Policy, display, awareness/training, IC details.
Objective of This Module 
By the end of this module, you will:
- Explain the POSH Act and workplace scope in simple terms.
- Identify harassment vs normal work interactions.
- Know where to find your policy and IC contacts and how the organisation upholds them.
